I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to write about my recent experience at the PNC Bank at Long Gate. I had a strange issue as I discovered that I had someone else's PNC card in my wallet instead of mine. I think it may have happened at a local restaurant as the waitress must have swapped credit cards when she brought the check. My issue was taken care of Ms. Jasmin Loper. The branch was busy that morning - I appreciate the time that Jasmin took to take care of my concerns. She made sure that the wrong card was closed and make sure that my lost card was closed as well. She was able to create a new card with a different number in a short period of time and able to review my account with me to ensure there were no fraudulent charges. She was very respectful and professional - I was impressed by her customer service skills. I think that PNC bank is fortunate to have a Branch Manager like Jasmin.
