I would give them even less than 1 if possible. I scheduled a few pieces of furniture for donating in excellent condition. They were so obnoxoius and rude when they came to pick up and refused to talk to us and even their supervisor who was on the phone did not have any decency to talk properly to someone who is donating. As the items were not lined up in the garage but was at the front door, I even offered to bring the items to the garage but they refused to wait for even 2 minutes. This kind of behavior gives a very very bad name to Habitat and I will recommend anyone who is donating to never ever give your hard earned money or furniture to them.
