After a horrific repair experience at a non-Apple certified repair facility, I was blessed to find Mac’s at Work in Shrewsbury. I brought them a 2017 Apple book pro that would boot, but that had a non-responsive touch pad and keyboard.
I anxiously awaited their phone call after dropping off the computer. The message I received was, “I have good news”. Hurray!
Upon opening up the unit they found an improperly installed battery and cabling, amongst other issues. As a result of their work, they returned a fully operational, well running MacBook Pro, at a very reasonable repair cost.
Thank you Laurie, their knowledgeable and delightful customer support representative, and Bob, who I dropped the unit off with.
Service was fast and I now have a highly competent local Mac book repair location that I can trust. Thank you Macs at Work. Highly recommended. A++
