Garden Center at The Home Depot

I checked with home depot, pok branch, to make sure they have the black mulch that I needed to finish the job I started back in spring. They have 30 bags in store but when I got there, they didn't have any. They sent me to the Kingston branch but I hesitate to drive there for the same thing might happen to me again. I have dealt with better service than this.
