We booked the tickets in advance and we didn’t need to wait in line to buy them or to enter the castel.
The castel itself is well preserved, has a wonderful view over the city’s coastline and it’s worth visiting it since it’s very different from everything else in Alexandria.

A supermarket with reasonable prices, grate variety and selection of goods, including a lot from Philippines , Korea and India. A lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, cooked food and bakery products! Also a lot of skin care and cosmetics options.
The staff is helpful and friendly, speaking good English.

One of the coolest and well designed coffee places I’ve ever been to. The interior and outdoor terrace look very minimalist, stylish and modern, the baristas and the waiters are very nice. The flat white is great and their sweets are amazing! Highly recommend if you are looking for some specialty coffee, because they have a great variety of origins you can choose from.
Lovely and cozy chai place, plenty of food and drinks options on the menu, very good prices and attentive and friendly owner. Their chai is one of the best we had in India.
The lunch menu has few options. The prices are way to expensive for the quality and quality of food that is offered.
We had some chicken with rice- it was literally four small pieces of chicken and some rice that tasted like puffed rice.
The other dish was salmon with mashed potatoes, it missed a little slice of lemon at least, as you usually get with any kind of fish.
For desert we got a plate with some little cakes, they tasted as they were taken out of a box and microwaved for a couple of seconds.
The whole meal was nothing more than average.
For the prices they have, it was a disappointing experience. With the same amount of money you can go and eat at a fancy restaurant…
