Visited early evening and had such a great experience. Attended as a group of 4 and set up camp on on of the tables. We then sampled a couple of dishes from perhaps 6 different vendors. Each dish was great and prepared fresh. Understand this is a couple of dollars more expensive than other hawker centres but still fairly priced. Stall 13 serving Japanese food was my favourite.
Enjoyed this niche, little (get it?) museum. We covered all there is to see in 15 minutes. Tickets on arrival were cash only, 150CZK. There is a ATM behind the museum down the stairs on the left. Some really impressive artwork to be seen, not sure how they are made! Worth stopping by if in the area.
Attended the Weeknd concert here and had a great time. The event was well organised and it was surprisingly easy to get in and out without much waiting. Was very quick to get a metro back to the city with quick moving queues and trains coming through every minute or two after the event.
The concert was held after 24hrs of light rain. Whilst the arena itself was fine as it was covered in a layer of bark, the concession areas behind the arena and grandstand became muddy and slippery quite quickly.
The sound was great and too be expected of an open air venue.
This particular event had lots of toilets (although queuing beforehand) and the bar was always free from queues. Pints about 85CZK for a 50cl beer.
