Most Erie Canal locks are as nice as this one to see boats use and to visit ... any time of the year.

Saw a good selection of products. Went just after the 4 pm start time, not all vendors were setup; went again just before the 7 pm stop time, most vendors were already gone. If an event is more precisely 4:30 to 6:30, then it should be advertised as such.
