The food is okay. It does take a minute to understand the options and how it all works. It would be nice if they offered help and or an explanation. The only things I don’t like is that they stay selling burnt, black vegetables and they are often missing ingredients. I guess they were running low on the balsamic date dressing , so they watered It all the way down. My bowl was ruined with that watery dressing they passed out today. Shame on you cava! I think they need a better system, bc they often seem overwhelmed and confused, but they’re still nice and accommodating.

Horrible food horrible people and horrible service. I ordered a cheesesteak combo. The guy that took my order understood me enough to take my money, but didn’t do what I asked, which was to toast my bread on the grill. That’s not complicated just put the bread on the grill and let it toast. They couldn’t do that. Everything was undercooked the cheesesteak, the onions, the peppers, the fries and the bread. I went back in and asked if he could make another one. He told me they don’t toast the bread, and couldn’t make another one unless I paid for it. The guy that took my order suddenly doesn’t speak english. These people and this place is trash! I’m from out of town, so no possibility of me returning. The guy was very rude and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. It felt like it was because I’m black.
