I decided to give Panarottis on the Bluff a go and ordered pasta via the Mr. D app. According to the Mr. D app the order was accepted but after waiting over an hour and 45 minutes I get the message that my order could not be fulfilled. I've been waiting hungrily for an hour and 45 minutes. No explanation was given and the idiots at Mr. D lied when I queried the order saying that the driver has arrived, 45 minutes in, to collect my order so clearly, being a Sunday and doesn't look like anyone was in the mood to work, all the (for a lack of a better word) all the idiots involved didn't give two hoots about customer service and lied more than once. Why accept an order when you can't fulfill it. This restaurant is a no go, if they didn't get it right the first time they won't get it right on any following occasions.
