Jacuzzi hasn’t worked properly in years, overpriced, becoming more like a nursing home, smell included. Steam room rarely works. Car park usually full but no one in the sauna? You now have to pay for protection on top of your overly priced £20 entry.

These guys need to understand there is competition out there.. and that’s where I’m going.
