They always take hours to deliver to the same building. They bring the wrong items. Their delivery employees are clueless about most things. Not good service at all.
Abraj Al Nahda used to be much better… the old staff were more professional.
Edit: I think I should edit this comment everytime something goes wrong just to prove my point.
Once again, the delivery was extremely late and they forgot to bring an item despite the order being placed through text on WhatsApp. When I raised my concern to the delivery person he was least bothered.
Edit again: I’ve given up. Team Noon 15.
