Terrible customer service experience. Went in while on hols to ask for assistance with a Vodafone SIM card purchased in Vodafone in Princes St Edinburgh (v professional service there), had an issue with the international minutes not updating, and basically got told it was. Voxi SIM, that Vodafone sell them, but offer no assistance with them. Very abrupt bordering on rude interaction with what I think was the manager (looked a bit like the Comic Store Guy on the Simpsons), so went literally next door to the O2 store where a really friendly and helpful lady sold me an O2 SIM that got us back online.
Disgusted at Vodafone Worcester not standing behind a Vodafone product (I was only asking for advice and to buy an upgrade/top-up/replacement, my transaction was them, Vodafone were happy to take our money when I bought it, but got the bums rush from Vodafone Worcester when we had an issue.
