Ordered delivery for saturday... didnt turn up. I had no notification or email saying it had been cancelled i had to chase up myself. Got told they would cancel the order and then i would have to put another payment on for the order again and then wait 5 days for my money back. Advised that dont have the funds to pay that amount again as it was a big shop and i cant afford to wait a week for our families food shop? Spoke with manager and arranged for next morning which didnt arrive i chased again and got told that they need to check with store and will call back at 2pm... 2:30 still no call so chased again. Told delivery will arrive between 7 and 10pm tonight. 930 i call up and advise its getting close to 10pm wheres my delivery to be told they will chase up store (store is closed on a sunday early) but they stated will call back... 10:15pm no delivery again had to chase... got told delivery wont be there and that they had cancelled my order earlier in the day anyway. I stated that they had lied to me about a delivery to which they agreed that they had made a mistake. I stated that i was unhappy with how i was treated to which was responded with and i quote "no worries its gonna be sorted"... i stated that i have worries as i have a family to support again and i want compensation... to which i was told... no compensation as they feel they havnt done anything wrong... raising with trading standards and citizens advise absolutely appauling customer service.
