A sauna and ice bath experience like no other on this planet! I travelled from the UK to Toronto specifically to journey with the Othership upon friends' recommendations and wow was it worth the trip! Over 2 days I completed the Arctic Tundra, Burn, Letting In & Letting Go and Energize guided classes and ended with a Thursday night Social. What incredible experiences, each journey was unique. Othership have turned contrast therapy into an artform; the guides are superbly supportive, motivating and each with incredible energy and they have curated classes that create magical experiences that linger in the mind and body beyond the immediate physical rushes felt. It was a privilege to visit, to journey with and enjoy time in the Othership.
