"I had a really disappointing experience with Banya 5 Seattle. Their website didn't make it clear that I needed to schedule a visit ahead of time, so I drove all the way there only to be turned away at the door. They told me I couldn't come in without an appointment, which was frustrating after having made the effort to get there. I wish they had been more upfront about their scheduling requirements on their website."
