Normally would give a 5 star review for the amazing massage and variety of pools, but the demolition next door is really disruptive of any spa experience. (you could feel the banging next door in your chest while using the hot tub)
I would try and wait until after the demolition & construction is over or bring headphones & ear plugs if you visit.

Don't bother with shoes if you're going during spring. Super muddy, yet quiet natural space within the city. Fun place to sit and watch the boats go by.
