This site is absolutely breathtaking. You can spend hours here just taking in the fresh air and watching the waves.
There is a paved path that takes you most of the way to the lighthouse. The rest of the way would be traversed on the big rocks.
STAY OFF THE BLACK ROCKS! People have died here because they ignored the warning. The waves can come in quick and easily go 10 feet up and pull in anything caught in their wake.
For parking, I'd suggest parking at the info desk and then walking to the lighthouse. This grants you the opportunity to wander through the village and little shops along the way.
If you're lucky, you'll also see a shark! The video you see is a young Great White shark that also made the news as a fisherman hooked the same one just 45 minutes earlier.

I'll start with the pros.
Good food, polite and friendly staff, and the single person washrooms are clean with modern touchless soap and paper dispensers. There's live music but with a catch.
Which brings me to my cons. The live music is incredibly loud. You're not gonna be able to have a casual conversation here without having to yell. But if you're a lively person and live for that, you may not mind. The service, albeit professional and courteous, was quite slow. But they were a full house when we went. And even at that, the food didn't seem to suffer.
We'd be more than happy to come back and try something new on the menu.
Prices for pasta are between $20-$25
Right off the bat, the place looks unassuming from the outside. But inside, you're brought into what feels like you're on an actual ship. The atmosphere is the best part about this place.
The food and service was mediocre at best. In one word, our food was "okay". The lobster tasted fine, but you get very little meat. The linguine was fine. The gnocchi was straight-up not good. Very doughy.
The calamari, on the other hand, was pretty good and the arancini wasn't bad.
We've heard great things about this place, so we'll be willing to give it another go with different dishes.
