One of the most PATHETIC customer service ever come across in any medical center firstly the staff seated in the reception do not deserve to be there, the way they deal with the patients is just extremely substandard.
I had to meet Dr RAZIA SULTANA she is one of the most disrespectful doctor I have every met or seen she was literally shouting on the patients who came to get treated from her the way she dealt with them was totally ill-mannered. She even asked me as to why I came at 10 pm instead in the morning where in the hospital works till 11 30 pm. I have been visiting the medical center with my family for years now but I would never ever step back just because of this particular doctor and her attitude.
Hope the above comes in notice of the respectful authorities.
Also to notify this is not the first time I have heard bad reviews about this doctor Razia. This needs to be addressed exigently.
