After being referred by 3 separate people I finally booked an appointment. I had been going to the same hair dressers for over 20 yrs but due to changes in the level in service decided to try SVB.... I'm so glad I did.. Victoria and team are true professionals.
Who knew you could book an appointment and actually be seen on time. Victoria took the time to consult with me fully regarding my hair and was informative about everything she used on it. Always checking I was happy. The cost was agreed before she started ... so no surprises. What a delight. I will be booking my next appointment very soon
