I recently went to Michael Kors Dix30 to see if I could exchange my watch because there was defect where there was humidity under the face (glass) of the watch. The first person who served me said that she would be able to exchange watch without any problems however, another employee interrupted and claimed she wouldn’t be able to exchange the watch and to contact customer service. I then decided to call St. Bruno Michael Kors store, and spoke with the manager to see if she would be able to help me out. The manager was able to find my file and was able to change my watch without any issues because the watch was still under warranty and mentioned at the problem came from manufactures. In the end I got a brand-new watch with a new warranty. My overall message is that the Michael Kors St. Bruno gave an excellent service unlike the Dix30 location. Big shoutout to Tylor for her excellent service!
