i called the pharmacy to find out if they had a specific perscription in stock, and the pharmacist said yes. i drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick up my perscription. when i arrived at the pharmacy the customer service rep said we will be with you and then never returned. then i waited for another pharmacy rep to come and talk to. I gave her the priscription and she went ahead and ant talked to another guy who told her they have it but a generic one. they said hold on for a few more minutes, and it ended up taking 30 more minutes, the kids were cranky, and the sick one needed there medication. they lady came back and told me, oh we dont have the medication in stock. not only did i waste an hour of my time because 2 different representatives told me misinformation, but now i have to go to work, and look for medication for my kids tomorrow. will never go back or suggest to anyone to this place.
