Great location on the main river with boat access and fishing right at the gate. Small park but with playground, putt putt, pool, giant chess, large camp kitchen. Only down side was the amenities block. The old larger block was in the area of the permanent vans and the small block near the holiday campers constantly blocked and unable to use. A new block is being built so will improve then I'm sure. Overall it is a great park and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach and lookout. You can see the whole coastline in both directions and if you take the grass trail, you will come out at the most easterly point where you can walk left to the creek swimming (shower and toilet) or right to Sawtell. Straight ahead is a quiet like area to sit and have a private do or just sit on the bench and watch the ocean.

Schuster Park Playground is in a local council run park in Tallebudgera. Located right on the creek it is undoubtedly one of the best free playgrounds on the Gold Coast. 3 playgrounds suitable for different ages. They have created a real jungle feel for the kids. Suitable even for the older children. Bring your fishing rods and food for BBQ or picnic. 4 large picnic tables (2 on either side of the bbq) are all under cover. Lots of grassed area to kick the football. Plenty of trees for shade too. Plenty of parking, although I'm sure if you went on a busy day the place would fill up. Thank you to the local council for such a quality playground and park.
Only negative may be for people with toddlers as it is on the water and obviously due to the size of the playground, couldn't be fenced.

Great fresh food, particularly enjoyed grilled squid, sweet & sour fish and bbq chicken. Good size meals at a reasonable price. Juices and shakes are amazing!

Had a great night for our fundraising event. Both restaurant staff China Garden and bar staff of the club worked together to help us. The evening went odd without a hitch, even supplied the microphone for our speech and music. We went from the expected 80 to 95 overnight but they didn't flinch and catered perfectly for us. Thank you Rachel, Katie, Jacky (and staff).
