Long wait
I can understand that it was a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. We were told to wait 40 minutes for a couple of chicken rolls and we said oky cool. Come back after 40 mins to pick food up and had to wait for another 20-30 minutes without so much of an acknowledgement of our time. Customer service sucked and the food was pretty basic. There are still way better places to go if I really want to waste my time and money.
