Nice little espresso bar, a coffee place with good choice of coffee. Exact temperature inside. Street benches outside. Bus stop, cycle parking spots and antique wooden benches. Pet friendly. Good for conversation, small group of 6-8 gathering.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Shopping centre, subway and the condos….all in one place. Nice area to live for people without cars. Everything at a walking distance.
