Contrary to all the negative reviews on here, my expectations were far exceeded tonight at the embassy. As soon as I arrived, they called me in and I did not have to wait a minute. Szilvia, who was dealing with the replacement of my passport and my national was kind and polite, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions in detail. The whole process was really streamlined, I was in and out in 15 minutes and that included all the paperwork, all the signatures, photos, fingerprints, payment and everything else.
