The doctor and medical staff expertise and service is really good. No doubt. 5star for their service to patient.
The problem is their account department.
My wife admitted to undergo surgery. 2 specialists doctors attending to her case. After 2 week from discharge got called from hospital telling me the final bill is ready and asked to settle 10% Co-payment (insurance cover 90% only).
I settle it thinking all billed is cleared.
Problem started after 3.5 months. Received WhatsApp message from hospital saying there are outstanding bill for 2 visit (take note that the 2 visit is before I received call from hospital about the final bill status).
With my super busy work I have to spend many days and hours to recalled back the whole chronology, check payment receipts etc. Then only understand there is one bill is left out from the payment.

Who's fault is this?

I hope the account department will work more efficiently and do not repeat this mistake again.
Now I cannot submit again claim to my company for reimbursement as my file is already close when I submitted the reimbursement for the cash I paid for the so-called final bill 4 months back.
