Some really good things happening at the Coffee Planet Cafe at Circle Mall in JVC.
Let me take a moment to appreciate this Finca Las Margaritas from Columbia brewed on a V60. This is a high scoring 90+ coffee. Aromas of ripe purple fruits with a hint of vanilla. Notes of plums and peaches, juicy throughout, acidity is light fading into sweetness as the drink cools down. I enjoyed this Columbia.

This place does absolutely delicious fresh Piada Flatbreads! The Bianca pasta is a must have, it's a vegetarian pasta, and my pastas must have some kind of meat, although in this case chicken has been added as an extra.
