Not sure why people have such bad reviews of a Prada OUTLET store. I must admit, my experience with outlet shopping is not immense. But my very pregnant wife and I got what we came for (it may or may not have been “last season”). Service is good. No complaints. Anyways, LOL at the guy who gave this store 1 star because he wore his shoes in the rain and they changed color. What a clown haha

I had an Airbnb that could see this park and the sea (see video).

The park is well manicured and clean. There are security guards who patrol constantly, even late at night.

If you can get a seat at the bar (fairly small), it’s a wonderful place to have a drink at the beach. Great view. If you’re lucky enough to utilize the private beach, then even better!
