I absolutely love the story of The Grounds, the concept of having something very green and farm-like in the middle of such an industrial suburb.

The food itself is very good and not too expensive (but certainly not cheap either).

Loved the Christmas decorations and walk as well (despite the crowd!). The Christmas pastries were excellent.

The food was incredibly disappointing. Plain, boring and as if a child had whipped something together at the last minute. And the presentation was dreadful. When I saw the plastic containers containing my food I wanted to call the ACCC and report Folksticks for false advertising.

Don't waste your time and money coming here.

3.5 Stars. We only came here because Butcher's Buffet next door was full. Some dishes were great and others were a real let down (like the beef short ribs). Value for money wasn't the best either.

Tourist from Australia. Visited in Feb 2023. Not sure if it's just a temporary site but it is very small. Queues were very long and it was probably the most popular place in all of SM MoA! You are constantly shoulder to shoulder with others on the weekend.

One game swallowed our money but we got reimbursed immediately by the technician. Apart from that, the service was very slow as they were understaffed.

If they just expanded they could make a lot more money!

4.5 stars. Really top-notch store with great food, great staff and great decor. I don't know what it is about fast food in a country town, but it just seems so much better than fast food in the big cities.
