I have never experienced this type of service in all my time all over Greece. We initially ordered a shisha, while waiting we ask an employee if there are any bathrooms to which they say no. We thought that really weird as they are a cocktail bar lounge. Our waitress then comes back after we initially ordered the shisha 15mins ago to tell us we now need to order cocktails as well to which we answer we would but were told there were no bathrooms. All of a sudden there are bathrooms available. We then ordered two 6€ beers.. shisha tasted like cardboard, they never came to change the coals on the Shisha. When asking to pay the waitress, she stood at our table and asked for a tip. I have never seen someone have enough diginity to ask for a tip after this type of service that we were all in complete shock. I hope you read this review before considering this place. Spend your night elsewhere and enjoy Chania for what it really is. This place is a complete scam.
