First of all, I actually really enjoyed my experience and see myself returning. The massage was quite attentive and never felt rushed. Upon entering the building, the place is clean, ac on heat (currently winter) and we’re greeted. We booked for two people and was provided the room closer towards the street. Once finished we were offered water or tea. My partner asked for water but we both got tea which was fine as the tea was nice. Few things to mention will be that our room isn’t noise proof and despite the calm piano medley playing in the background, you will hear the street if there’s a truck or sirens but that can’t really be helped. Another thing was there were moments where the masseuses were speaking their own language and it just made things a little awkward as you don’t know if they’re commenting about you. Besides that, it was pretty solid.

This was some good quality dessert and definitely warrants a return visit to try their many other flavors. The flavor was sweet and you can taste the intended flavors without it being overwhelming. The service was pretty friendly as they helped with choosing.

Came looking for Pokémon cards so can’t comment too much about the entire store but they’re all stored in one small cupboard that you will have to ask staff about. As everything is just in the one place, they struggled to find individual items but the staff member did try scrummaging around for it. After a while we gave up and searched the system which indicated there were 0 in store but top ryde have 30+ in stock so I should try there. On the website, it indicated that the item was available for click and collect and in store. Fix your system. Appreciate the kid for helping though.

Came in during a lunch break and thought everything was alright. The sizzling dish was pretty nice but it was very greasy. The halo halo was pretty good too with no real complaints. Service was nice and everything was served promptly.

I paid $7.20 for a small as cup of coconut mango sago. I knew it would be a red flag the moment I got it but it gets worse. I drink it and realize there’s no mango flavoring and then I remember mango isn’t in season. Now the worst bit is I realize there are actual mango parts inside. The furry parts of a mango seed. Absolutely minimal flesh but constant seed furs. The furs are all harden and stuff too so you know it’s old. Felt absolutely disrespected.
The five star reviews are also clearly planted reviews. Don’t trust it at all.
