Stephanie David (Loan Officer) is the best at this process. Effective communication, great advice and she listens. When you add Stephanie to the mix, it’s going to happen! She literally works all night. 10 o’clock at night and she’s emailing to keep the process moving. Even the sellers side was impressed. She is the friend you need in this. She wants you to enjoy your home and not be or become “house poor”. She’s great for and with first timers. She’s had excellent grant knowledge and she will find the money! Stephanie set a closing date and time for closing and she got me to the table as promised and on time. She even gave my niece advice which guided her and kept her on track for her closing.
