At the meeting we received a list of incentives we should qualify for. We found out we didn't qualify for any and the NHS list was incorrect/outdated. Our mortgage had to be raised by a few thousand dollars 10 days before close to help us manage the down payment because we trusted NHS and they lied. Save your money and skip them.
