The Usine Musée Parfums Galimard boutique in Grasse offers a super nice free tour and perfume shop. We had a lovely time discovering the perfume production techniques. They provide free parking and organize free guided tours every 15 minutes, including in English!

Baux de Provence is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France, steeped in incredible history. In the Middle Ages, it was offered to the Grimaldi family as a marquisate. Before entering the village, there is a parking area where you can only walk. This well-preserved village, nestled on a picturesque mountain and adorned with a magnificent castle, is truly magnificent. It offers breathtaking views, delightful shops, and charming cafes, making it an ideal destination to explore.

Le Trivalo, located next to our hotel apartment, Les Clés de la Cité, pleasantly surprised us with its exceptional food and friendly staff. Despite its unassuming appearance as a small restaurant with paper place mats and napkins, the quality of the cuisine far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted warmly by the staff as they prepared to open, and our decision to book a table was well-rewarded. The duck leg confit and chicken with garlic and parsley sauce were standout mains, leaving a lasting impression with their delicious flavors. The gourmet coffee, accompanied by a tasting plate of four desserts, and the bread pudding dessert were the perfect way to end our meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Le Trivalo and would highly recommend it to others looking for excellent food in a cozy atmosphere.

The Tourist Office De Carcassonne provided us with excellent assistance and lovely English-speaking staff. We found plenty of information about the town and surrounding areas, making our visit more enjoyable. However, we also learned that the Tourist Information site near the train station is permanently closed, so it's best not to make the same mistake we did by going there.
