Great to see the old neighborhood re-opening for business.

Trudging through the snow in my old neighborhood was a treat. Had to take a look at how much the landscape has changed....I remember when the Twin Towers loomed over the Federal Reserve in front of Nevelson Plaza. I will also never forget watching them tumble down around us. It was an unexpected moment of reflection and gratitude.
