If you think about buying a mushroom grow kit.. Don't.
I received a grow kit which either contained bad genetics, or which was too old.
No results, even after following the provided manual exactly.
After contacting the customer service they told me to wait longer. (At that point I already waited 4 weeks, while the manual "guarantees" mushrooms within 14 days.)
I waited anyhow, and ended up with a grow kit full of trichoderma. (Green mold)
After contacting the customer service again, I never received any mails from them anymore.
I had to make a call in order to get a response.
And the response? "As it's a natural product, the results may vary."
Because of this they can not help me further. Even while explaining that I followed their manual exactly, and therefore I could only assume the product was not as advertised.
Think twice if you order here. Even if you follow the manual exactly, you will simply lose your money if you receive a faulty product.
The store takes 0 responsibility and does everything possible to not have to issue a refund.
