Don't always honor their "timed calls" lately I have been waiting 45-1hr after my pick up time. I understand it's a busy and they wanna squeeze every dollar out of the consumers but this is crazy and disrespectful. I am expected to be on time and it's vice versa. However most of the drivers are nice and polite. I don't know if the dispatchers are the issues it this is motivation for a car.
