It's a old monastery built in 4th century. It's bit different from others as it is partially curved out from a mountain. This monastery is surrounded by cliffs and river. Despite this monastery is compromised several times throughout the history, its still standing with beautiful grace and history. The complex is well maintained as well.

A place with amazing scenic beauty and cultural significance. You will find a wonderful view of mount Aramat and the valley. The way they maintained road is certainly commendable.

Creek park is always great, however gate 4 is much less crowded than gate 1 and you will find nice places to sit for family nearby. Lots of playgrounds as well to be found close by. Parking of car is also less headache here. If you want less chaos and a peaceful place, you can go to gate 4 directly.
