Calling this Organization will literally break your soul it's horrible. As a college student whos been* receiving benefits, there always seems to be a delay. It's always Representitives 'Can't see the documents you've submitted' or "Oh you submitted a document over sixty days ago... but you also submitted documents only fifteen days ago and thats still going to take 30-45 days to be seen.'
It's very sad that you play your part, submit the application, submit the requested documents and its the same response - you have to wait... longer than the 45 days at that. With the price increase on groceries, this place and it's system can be the worst. They likley need to update their systems and portals.
