The food has great flavor. The restaurant is understaffed. It appears that this issue is prevalent on the weekends. Basic dining experiences (water refills, cleaning tables after eating)is lacking. The one waiter was gossiping with individuals they knew, while we waited to be asked what we wanted to order. Tables were left unclean; the only busser ended their break early because the other two individuals couldn’t help clean tables. Hopefully they improve. This appears to be a pattern on the weekends.
