Sadly had the same experience as most of the reviewers: apart from one, staff are experts displaying their disinterest in helping or understanding customers. Started with having to wait for 30 minutes until the bridge was brought to the plane: no ground staff available. Continued with outdated displays for luggage delivery (no motes on waiting time). Displays not updated once in about an hour and a half. No communication at all regarding delay of luggage delivery. The one helpful employee found out that the ground handling staff of @Aviapartners were having a “Betriebsversammlung” (staff meeting) WHILE passengers from several flights waited for more than that hour and a half for their luggage.
