After 2 years of cleaning, X-rays, 180, treatment, implant, crown across multiple departments and really trying my hardest to work with the staff, this place is TERRIBLE. The billing and admin is ran by incompetent people locked behind a screen. Ground floor checking / billing, 2S admin or 5th admin or office staff can only tell you what you owe but never what you are being charged for nor the details nor the treatment plans associated to it. The online portal has no information. I have signed so many “updated” treatment plans even while on the dentist chair and with treatment in progress. Bills are always very uncertain. I came in for one specific condition: one implant. It never changed but the bill and the treatment kept on changing. At the end this didn’t cost less than a regular dentist despite what is advertised.

When a complaint arises, they advise to contact the patient advocacy. The pamphlet mentioned that one can visit their office but no one is ever there. If you try calling, it will give you a voice mail and no luck to leave a voice mail. When sending a form via the contact form for each floor or service, just don’t expect an answer and if you are lucky they may call you back but if you miss the call, then good luck trying to contact them again.
Lovely illumination display for winter season. It does take about 30/40min to walk through and enjoy the scenery. Easy and free parking on site and around. Great for all ages. Some food vendors in sites.
I recommend this hotel but depending on the actual rate and time of the year and the level of service and amenities you may want .
The hotel is well located near at George metro station. The hotel is new and clean with a contemporary minimal decor. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are made daily. Soaps are very nice as in all the Kimpton. It is easy to redeem Ihg points or certificates. Some suites come with bath tubs and a turn table (not the rooms). Some rooms have good views some have very limited view. The hotel has very limited amenities. The lobby sofas and fire area is very nice but tiny for an hotel of this size. The reception staff is very helpful and address any issues that may arise rapidly and efficiently. I recommend to go towards the St. George train station to get a Uber or Lyft, it seems to be dramatically cheaper to be picked up just around the corner. Don’t expect the help of a bell person when you arrive, leave with your luggage or with the wooden entrance door. There is someone by the door but I only witnessed the person helping with valet parking.
Great sound and acoustic in the amphitheater BUT the seats are particularly uncomfortable even more if you are a tall person. If you go there to watch a movie, the angle of seats doesn’t provide a great viewing and the screen is fairly small. Air conditioning appears to be very weak and clearly not sufficient for a 79 degree evening with full attendance.
