I have recently visited hp to resolve a charging problem with my laptop, first they told me that there’s a problem with charging adapter so I bought a new charger even after that the issue wasn’t solved so they asked me to drop in the laptop for service which they charge 1000 rupees before the service first time seen in my life that people are being charged first before the resolvement, of which the executive who was handling my case said it will be resolved in just 1 day or the next. I didn’t got a call for 2 days, I got a call on the second day saying your laptops mother board is difused, I asked him the reason and solution , the executive was blank told me they don’t have a new motherboard which he didn’t checked with the stores also he is not at all revealing his name, he was dressed casually and denied any solution. I was a loyal customer of hp I had pen drives of hp one laptop 1 desktop of hp but hp broke my trust, I henceforth will never ever purchase any product from hp cuz of the selection of the staff they do destroying their reputation.
Also my laptop was in working condition just n hour before discharge, and the engineers and executives there just know how to rip off the money from people. I’ve never seen a customer care executive who doesn’t even tell his or her name but here they have a secret keeping executive, felt like laughing. Very very bad service. Trusted the originality but did a mistake
