The staff are so friendly. The dentists are very knowledgeable and amazing with the kids. They create a great atmosphere the kids enjoy and feel comfortable in.
This review is mostly just to warn everyone to make sure and double check some things after Louis’s work and if there’s still codes don’t leave. We were on an anniversary trip out of town when our fuel pump went out. Unfortunately, it was a weekend so we called Louis who came and replaced the fuel pump. When he was finished, a couple codes were still popping up. He kept telling us it was nothing although we were aware it was something however, he wasn’t gonna do anything about it, so we had no choice but to just go and get the code read. It was a sensor code so when we got back to town we had our mechanic look at it and Louis forgot to connect a sensor so we had to pay $45 for that. Two weeks later another code popped up with a fuel cap leak and when we got that diagnosed and taken care of $200 later, he had not connected a vapor hose. We reached out to him regarding both these issues, and he was not willing to cover anything except for the initial $45 for the sensor. Just unfortunate after we spent over $1100 to get the fuel pump fixed. I gave two stars because he did fix the fuel pump and that was a lot of work, but after spending that kind of money unexpectedly, it’s really hard to spend $250 more on very easy preventable things because of him.
And his reply says the next service was delayed a couple months which is not true. The code P0457 that came up took several weeks as explained by two other mechanics this code could take that long to show up, it was not immediate. We were out of town for two weeks and did not drive the truck so we explained that too him as well as for the delay. But the disconnected hose was clearly from his job. I tried calling him when the code came up (about 5 weeks after the first job) and he said next time he’s in Grand Junction he’d look at it. We couldn’t risk driving with a check engine light on thus we took it back to the mechanic who then found the disconnected hose.
