In response to Ultimate Spectacle, Attn: “OWNER”
I emailed you on 8/10/23 and I havent heard back from you. You still have my $250.
If you check you reviews, they are mostly negative. Your representative NEVER told me I could not get a refund. I was never informed of that. Your customers have a right to know that BEFORE they begin to shop. As a result of not being told, you are keeping my $250. I am a senior living on social security. This is creating a real hardship for me. Please respond ASAP
