We had been renting an apartment in Downtown Dubai managed by Kennedy Towers for 1 month. The company and its employees made positive impression. Thanks to a sales manager Bart viewing before the rent was arranged quickly and in suitable time. He showed the apartment, all the facilities (pool, gym, parking place, etc.) explained everything in details and patiently answered for all questions. Check-in process went smoothly thanks to an operation manager Lucas. He also was in contact and rapidly solved some maintenance issues that we had. The apartment itself was small, but comfortable. There were all necessary house appliances, kitchenware, and furniture. The things we admired most of all were the location (5 minutes walk from Dubai Fountains and 10 minutes from Dubai Mall) and the swimming pool (Burj Khalifa view, with green trees nearby and just few steps from the apartment). Rental price for the apartment in such a great place in May was quite reasonable.
