Excellent. No wonder it was so bustling at noon! Friendly service, perfectly made cocktails, fried to perfection fries, sizzling generous escargot and absolutely divine steak tartare. Feels like Paris for a moment.
Gantry Bar & Kitchen

Popped in on a rainy quiet Monday night for a couple of drinks and food. Love the classic all wood bar feels and Rosa was a wonderful bartender and server! We ordered the burger and fries, the fish n chips and the loaded nachos with chili. The fish was fried perfectly crispy and the portions are super generous. Martinis were ice cold which is always a definite plus!
Tomoko Japanese Spa

Amazing. It was a rainy day in LA and this was a wonderful escape from it all. Upon entering I was provided slippers and escorted to the calming waiting area. I chose the Tomoko massage which began with a private soothing foot wash and massage in my room with some warm tea. The massage therapist was absolutely perfect with the amount of pressure and stretching. I even dozed off mid massage because it was so soothing. Afterwards they have an in room shower where you can wash up before leaving. Upon leaving the private room you’re welcomed to a chair with your shoes set up, small departing gifts and the bill discreetly set for gratuity. I will definitely return for another soothing experience on my next visit.

A very cozy spot for a romantic date or a nice chat with friends. Servers give the right amount of attention. Shadmoor Smash cocktail is a nice refreshing gin drink and they’re oysters were fresh and flavorful. We did a mix of appetizers to share and it was a perfect meal with our drinks. Will definitely return.

Although vaccination proof isn’t a requirement for dining in NYC anymore they were still checking vaccination upon entry. We had the pleasure of dining with Chef Tomito in his back room intimate 6 seat omakase. They offered a trio of uni as an add on appetizer which we did not regret. I chose the sake flight which was a nicely portioned and perfectly semi dry sake tasting for our courses. Chef Tomito isn’t a showman chef that you see a lot of these days at all these omakase counters. He is a chef who is serious about his craft. Each bite was perfectly sized and rice to fish ratio perfect as well. No crazy toppings and sauces, each piece is made to bring out the flavor of the different fish with just a hint of a complimenting garnish. Do not come here if you’re looking for a showmakase, but do come if you’re a fan of quality and unique pieces in a simple and intimate setting.
