Harbour Nails 2

Update: It is the next day and after spending the night feeling my nails bend doing any normal activity I will be going to a salon to have dip applied. I don't feel the manicure should have been done while I was sitting in the chair having a pedicure the entire procedure was rushed and uncomfortable. I am disgusted having paid for all the extra addons to be left with weakened nails they refused to help me fix. At least give me a discount to go back to the dip when YOU SUGGESTED SHELLAC especially when I said a few times I've been using dip powder because I stopped breaking nails at work. Thanks for grinding down and weakening my nails to apply a basic polish and then telling me too bad pay more. Disgusting. I want to leave zero stars for this but the pedicure was deserving of something.
.
After paying $130 I am not impressed. I went back within 30 minutes after leaving to say I wasn't happy and was basically told too bad pay again.
Stopped in for a mani pedi, ended up doing a spa for both. Even though they do look pretty I am actually dissatisfied with the manicure. My nails were long and strong going in. I asked her to slightly shorten them and keep them rounded, they are now too short and pointed. I needed dip removed and was going to opt for dip again. I was asking the difference between the shellac and dip because my job is rough on the hands and the dip has stood up to the abuse and I haven't broken a nail in a long time. I repeated many times I need to keep my nails strong so I don't break them at work. She said shellac is weaker but should be OK and both the techs kept suggesting I use the same on fingers and toes so I went with shellac. I suppose that was my mistake - however I said MANY times I need strong nails. I don't know what happened to my left hand if they grinded too much or what but 3 of the nails on my left hand are so weak now they bend with the slightest pressure. I went back after leaving 30 minutes later to talk to them about it, to fix it, add a top coat - anything that could help the damage THEY CAUSED. But was repeatedly told no and it would cost more money and if I wanted dip to pay for a new manicure. the pedicure was nice but I feel so terrible about the manicure I actually wish I didn't get anything done.

Hands down the best chinese food I've tried in the niagara region. I've been skeptical to try as when I go by the building there is rarely people inside eating. Must be because they get take out so they can scorf it down at home! Ordered through uber eats. The chicken balls were packed on the side with the egg roll so they were still crispy. The portions are very generous and the food was DELICIOUS. The chicken wings were disappointing but the menu did say fried wings and I was expecting a jar doo but they were still good. The beef and broccoli made my soul happy, the sauce was perfect and the fried rice was amazing, especially drowned in the beef and broccoli sauce. Going to try again soon and if it's as good this place definitely has two new customers.
P.s I ate one of the chicken balls before I took the pic
My boyfriend loves this place and now I finally understand why. Pleasantly surprised. Steamed buns were great! And the 'sandwich' was good too, spices I've never had before. Next time we come to Toronto I will be more excited to come back here too.

What a delightful little diner! Strong mom and pop vibe. I was skeptical about ordering but my friends had eaten here before and said the food is good. The adventure down to the bathroom was a bit on the creepy side but the food was wonderful and reaaonably priced. My stomach was upset so I ended up boxing up my breakfast, so I hope if the owners read this they know it's not because it wasn't good. I would eat here again.
