Very unique library. Enter to the right and say hello to the librarian as you pass. The best part is the kids area. Great for kids with imagination. Also an interesting glass meeting room nearby. The dragon is no longer there. Attached to other government utilities. The bathrooms are in need of a spruce up.

This place is worth the wait and worth it to make a trip even without going to anything else in the area. The view is great and even if you don't get a view of downtown Kyoto the ambience in itself is so calming. I got the soba set. Tempura is beyond amazing. Crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside. The soba is perfect. The squishy tofu is an interesting in taste. Much umami with a slight hint of sweet.
Warabi mochi is fantastic. So fluffy. Soft. And the powder coatings... heaven in the mouth. The servers are fantastic.

It has been many years since I have attended anything here. We came for the performance of Giselle. At first I wondered why they chose a college theater to hold such an acclaimed ballet but as we walked in I was surprised by the regal appearance. The seats are comfortable and it is easy to walk down the stairs to see the pit. My only qualm was that they did not make am announcement for people to not be taking pictures or using phones period. The lady in front of us was constantly on her phone and it was very distracting.

If you are looking for a place to fill up without spending half your pay check this is a good option. The burritos and bowls have a good amount of filling but they will put in more if you are nice. Added bonus that you don't have to pay for guacamole unless your ordering it as extra or with chips. The kids tacos are plenty filing and our kids enjoyed them.

This a a gorgeous space to hold a wedding. Even if it's raining and miserable outside the elegance inside does not falter. The food was excellent. The servers and hosts were accommodating and kind. Though I was surprised that the coats were left unattended after we originally gave then to a coat attendant. Plenty of restrooms and they are clean.
