Over-rated but nice property. Just by the beach. The waves come up to the room. Service is ordinary. Housekeeping is poor. Not 24 hrs. Food is average. The breakfast staff don't take requests for any out of buffet food item. For instance no dosa or omlette when we asked for it. No service to the table. It's self service. Vending machine for tea and coffee. Very basic spread for breakfast. For 12k per night, this property can do better.
